Vinder Logistics · Broker Program

Build your own book of business. We provide the system.

Heavy-haul freight brokerage for the U.S. market. You work remote from Latin America, with nine departments behind you. And we pay you from month one.

Watch this before you apply. By the end you'll know whether this is for you.

About that "five minutes" I promised at the start…

Yeah. It ended up being fifteen. There was more worth telling you than I planned for, and I'd rather over-explain it now than have you find out something important three weeks in. Grab a coffee.

The form opens when you finish the video.

If you already know what you'll make next year,
that's exactly the problem.

The visible ceiling

You know your number this year. And next year. It doesn't move.

Effort without return

You work twice as hard as the guy next to you and you both take home the same.

You got burned before

You tried something that promised income and delivered nothing. Not doing that again.

Learning alone

When something breaks there's nobody to teach you. You figure it out or it swallows you.

Two months to become a broker.
You get paid from the first one.

You don't start selling. You start learning, with income, and by the end of month two we both know whether this is for you.

1
Month 1

You learn to find customers

Your job is to bring in real opportunities: a company that moves freight, the person who decides, the lane and the date. You're not selling yet — an experienced broker closes them while you learn how to find them.

Month 2

You learn to close

Now you find your own customers and you sell them yourself. Nobody hands you opportunities anymore — you apply what you learned in month one. By the end of this month it's clear to both of us.

Month 3 and on

You're a broker

You build your own book of business. The accounts you bring in are yours as long as you keep working them. Base pay plus commission — and the commission has no ceiling.

No ceilingbase + commission

Straight up: this is a commission structure. There are targets to hit each month and they are not decorative — if you don't hit them in the first two months, we don't continue. We walk you through the full numbers in the interview.

The 5-Layer Move™

In most freight operations one person does everything: quote, find the truck, chase the paperwork, handle the customer, put out the fire. Here that work is split across five layers. The load is still yours — you own it start to finish — but you are not doing all five jobs alone.

1
YOU — Broker

You build the relationship, you close the load, you own it.

2
Dispatch

Vets and assigns the carrier. You're not cold-calling strangers for a truck.

3
Back Office

Documents, contracts, invoicing and collections.

4
Customer Service

Covers your customer while you're closing the next load.

Layer 5 is your supervisor and the COO. When something goes wrong you have people to escalate to and decide with — but the load is your responsibility, and that never moves.

Both sides of it, on the same page

WHAT YOU GET

100% remote — work from wherever you are in Latin America.

Paid straight to your bank account, the 15th of every month.
15 vacation days once you hit your first year, plus U.S. holidays.
Our own CRM, load board access and phone system — all provided.
Vinder University: structured onboarding to start, and training that never stops after that.
Dispatch and back office covering the operational work so you can sell.
Direct access to the CEO. No chain of command filtering you out.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Guatemala time (GMT-6). That one is firm.
Team meeting every morning, 7:00 to 7:30. Everyone is there.
No weekend shifts and no set hours outside your day — but when a load you're moving needs you, your customer and your driver need to be able to reach you.
Real working English. You'll negotiate on the phone with U.S. business owners.
No statutory benefits from your country — we're a foreign company.
The first three to six months are hard and steady. There's no shortcut.
Every load you take is yours to own, end to end.

We're telling you this now, not later. If something in the right column isn't for you, better we both know today.

We're not looking for the perfect broker.
We're looking for someone done with ordinary.

You don't need freight experience. We teach that. What we can't teach is what's on the left.

THIS IS YOU IF…

  • You want to learn — and you show it by applying, not by listening.
  • You take feedback without getting defensive.
  • You've spent 6 to 12 months selling something. Any industry.
  • You back yourself even though you know nothing about freight yet.
  • You help the team grow, not just yourself.

THIS ISN'T YOU IF…

  • You think this is simple and it'll be quick.
  • You want results in month one or you quit.
  • You learn one stage and think that's the whole thing.
  • You're looking for the trick so it runs on autopilot.
  • Commission scares you. We're not going to talk you into it.

This isn't a job. It's a path.
